Headache at 40 weeks pregnant

Is a headache at 40 weeks (+ 2 days) pregnant a reason to be concerned? My blood pressure is totally normal at 112/83 so it’s not preeclampsia. Could this be a sign of labour coming soon? I imagine it could be caused by my hormones going crazy at this point?
