Leakage

I’m 12 weeks been leaking on and off through pregnancy. Just sitting down and little gushes come out leaving small to medium size spots on panties. Color is yellow. Anyone else have this? Ob said do kegal excersises and when I come back if it’s still happening he will see what’s going on. I keep thinking it’s amniotic fluid but the sonos I’ve had no ones has mentioned loss of any.
