Cramps in belly

I hope you are well. I am 6 weeks pregnant and have been having painful cramps, that come and go, for 2 weeks. Sometimes, I can’t even walk, pain on the right side. Did you experience it at this stage of pregnancy ? Thank you ☀️🌺

Hey yeah. I’m currently 5 weeks and I get cramps sometimes on my left side..kinda feels like my period is coming so I’m constantly running to the bathroom to check.
