Protein Bars

Does anyone know a certain protein bar safe for pregnancy? I have the Kirkland bars from Costco but don’t know if it’s a good choice.

I stopped eatIng protein bars and protein powder once I found out I was pregnant. I ordered Best Nest Wellness maternity protein powder online from their site but I plan to send it back. I’m too afraid to use it. I know Ritual also sells a protein powder designed for pregnancy but haven’t seen any protein bars.

Rx bars are pretty clean and have really few ingredients with no added sugar. Pasteurized eggs used in process.
