Reflux

Any tips on reducing reflux? If I put my baby down to sleep she starts squirming after a while and will look uncomfortable and spit up, usually it’s uncomfty enough for her to wake up or she’ll wake up soon after and be hungry all over again. She’s taken mylicon during feedings for gas and it seems the o my things that helps is her sleeping on her stomach but I don’t want her to sleep that way. I’ve also put her down in the crib that’s inclined more on one side with no avail. I’m currently cutting dairy and caffeine from my diet but I’m only a half week through that. Any tips or advice? We don’t want to use other medications.

we were advised to try the laid-back feed position if you’re nursing. We also found success with gripe water at night and that’s mainly things like chamomile and not actual medication.
