8 week scan - what is below the sac?

I just had my 8 week scan. My doctors screen was zoomed in on the sac & baby. Baby had a heart beat and said everything looked good. The doctor did not move it around to look anywhere else. He printed a couple pictures and after I got home I look at them and notice below the sac that he was looking at there’s another black spot that has something white in it (very visible). He didn’t look at it/see it/say anything. I called the office and the lady who answered said it’s probably my bladder but when I do my 12 week scan it’ll be looked at. On an ultrasound, wouldn’t the bladder show as an empty black spot? This is my 4th and I’ve never seen this on my other scans.
