Weight gain

I am 18 weeks now, due February 9th. 

I did start this pregnancy a bit overweight, however my weight has  only  fluctuated within a 3lbs range…within 173-176lbs.  my next appointment is 20weeks and a little worried as I haven’t really gained anything.. 
anyone else struggling with weight gain ?

I actually lost almost 10 lbs but have gained a baby bump. 

For me, i know it’s bc I’m losing muscle mass bc i worked out sooo hard everyday, and I’m not working out as hard now. 

I think 3 lbs is great for being so early still. I don’t think your weight is always a huge indicator on the health of your babe or pregnancy.
