Today in the shower (32 weeks 5 days) I noticed my nipple was a bit sore, I rubbed it with my hand and noticed some white discharge coming out of the top of it where it connects to my areola. I realized there was a small hard lump and gently squeezed on it as more discharge came out. It didn’t have a smell but it is a bit sore to the touch. After some googling it may be just a clogged Montgomery gland?? Has anyone experienced this?
