Elderberry....is it safe?

With so much cold and flu going around, just curious if anyone takes elderberry supplements and if they found out if it's safe? I plan on asking my doctor but all my coworkers are sick so trying to boost my immune system. Thanks everyone.

A mask would probably be more effective. If your coworkers won’t wear one while sick then a N95/KN95 for you to wear.
