Estimated Due Date/Weeks + Days: 4/12 8 weeks + 4 days
Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: raspberry
Upcoming appointments: 9/12 finally!! First ultrasound and checkup
How are you feeling?: Tired. Hungry.
Questions:
@jtayl962 I want to know the sex but my husband wants it to be a surprise. Neither of us found out with our first, but I want to feel more bonded to baby this time around. And I think knowing the name for myself will be helpful. So right now our plan is for me to be the only one who knows!
Estimated Due Date/Weeks + Days: End of April, 6-ish weeks?
Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: The end of a matchstick!
Upcoming appointments: The 13th for my nurse call (history and such), 27th for my first ultrasound
How are you feeling?: Comes and goes! I do have nipple tenderness now so I have an unhappy toddler that wants to nurse. Yesterday was my birthday and we went to a zoo, which honestly exhausted me. There's a lot of twin jokes going around right now (DH is a twin) so I'm very much looking forward to my ultrasound.
Rants/Raves: My about to be 18mo old is refusing to sleep through the night and it's not helping my exhaustion. 😂
Questions:
@jtayl962 We're finding out! Since we already have a girl, DH wants to know asap what we're having. We already have names for both genders, but we kind of want one of each. I keep saying he lol
Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: since I had my ultrasound, baby has a heart beat of 132!!
Upcoming appointments: just had an ultrasound appointment this morning. And as I suspected, I am a week earlier than LMP. So glad we got that ultrasound.
How are you feeling?: still so much better than normal. Can still only drink ice cold evian water through a straw, some dizziness here and there, total wipe out exhaustion off and on. But overall functional and grateful for it.
Rants/Raves: I love getting that first ultrasound. That strong heartbeat makes everything real and lets me relax and know everything is ok.
We will find out! Pretty sure we're keeping it from the family though. Part 1, I reuse to be inundated in pink if it is a girl. Part 2, Last time we had boy 3s gender reveal they did NOT react well. When the blue confetti fell, everyone was silent for a whole minute. And then half heartedly said "oh yay another boy." It was AWFUL. I cried. I dont want to do that again. Im banking that 1) they cant be upset if theres a whole brand new baby and 2) I dont talk to anyone after birth anyways. My husband does. He can filter for me until Im ready to hear how unexcited and unloved baby four is compared to baby one 🙃.

@tuxielove93 I'm so sorry for such an awful response for your last child, that's awful! I totally get the pink thing too. We "announced" at the baby shower with a pink dinosaur theme so it was too late for anyone to go crazy. 😂
I’m so sorry to hear that! People can be fascinating.
Estimated Due Date/Weeks + Days: End of April, 7 weeks
Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: a coffee bean!
Upcoming appointments: first ultrasound is next week on 9/15. I’m counting down the days and really eager to hear if it’s progressing well. I’m finding this early waiting period kind of brutal
How are you feeling?: It comes and goes. But mostly really tired at night and starting to feel hungover in the mornings. My smell is also kicking in. Im nearly about to throw all our apples out
Rants/Raves: I’m feeling a little anxious that I haven’t had strong nausea yet. So this is a rant at myself to take a deep breath
Estimated Due Date/Weeks + Days: End of April / 7 weeks and a couple days
Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: a blueberry
Upcoming appointments: 9/11
How are you feeling?: Grateful to still be pregnant, but SUPER nauseous. I am having such a hard time focusing on work and getting anything done because I feel sick to my stomach 24/7. My days are now a delicate balance of snacking and drinking - getting through that is all I can think about. I hear nausea peaks around weeks 9-10, and I’m so nervous about what that will look like for me!
Questions: We’re going to keep it a surprise! Gender norms start too early
Estimated Due Date/Weeks + Days: April 25, 7 weeks today!
Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: a blueberry
Upcoming appointments: First ultrasound is next week, had a check in last week
How are you feeling?: tired, nauseous, have vomited a few times. I feel like I can’t get anything done, and the smell aversions are getting terrible
Rants/Raves:
Questions: any tips for nausea and vomiting? I’m only 7 weeks, and I can’t imagine the nausea for another day let alone 3-5 more weeks. I’ve been taking B6 (100 mg a day), and that’s helped a little but it’s still awful. Thanks in advance!
