How do I prove to my husband that his dad’s house is unsafe

My husband does not believe me that his dad’s old house is unsafe. His dad tried to clean but does not disinfect and simply does not see mold. The house is 120 years old and still has the original boiler system as its only source of heat. He has no air conditioning. It has black mold showing in the bathrooms, and has the original plumbing. His dad has a sweet dog he never bathes, and I have never seen him disinfect anything, including the bathroom sinks and kitchen counter. His dishes, cookware, and silverware are ancient. My husband thinks we should stay there for sentimental reasons and thinks I’m overreacting. We got a hotel once and my husband did not do well. How do I convince him with logic and facts that his father’s house is not safe for our child?
