Miscarriage or not

I went to the Dr around 7w2d I was told I was closer to 5w2d which can't be right bc I had a positive test july 29th. They said heartbeat was low at 82bpm. I had another ultrasound at what I think was 8w2d where I was told they couldn't find a heartbeat and told I had 2 options for termination of the pregnancy. I refused and told the Dr I would rather let it happen on its own. I was told I was making the wrong decision but stuck firm with what I felt. I had a blood test done on the 28th of Aug where my levels were over 30,000 from 3000, 3 weeks prior. I go back on Sept 5th for another ultrasound to find a heartbeat. My question is has any one ever experienced this and had a positive outcome? I'm so stressed over no heartbeat but very high levels and worrying about miscarriage.
