I don't know if I am pregnant HELP!

Hello, I have a question and I'm not sure what to think or do. Here's a bit of background:

I had a negative pregnancy test and negative blood work, but I tested those on the day my period was due. I was 5 days late and it was the shortest period I have ever had. It was light (ended up taking 18 hours to fill one tampon normally i have to change it every 3 hours cuz it overflows and that was only 1 time, the other days it was barely full and it only last 3 days and very mild cramps if any at all, it didnt even feel like a period, it started out watery and when it ended nothing happened like normal at the end up it, usually it stops gradually but it just stopped. And i get a weird smelly discharge after my period and i didnt this time either) I am currently having a TON of symptoms. Nausea, bloating, moodiness, indigestion, burping, gas, acid reflux, headache, constant peeing, fatigue, acne, odd bowel movements, very sensitive down below, weird tummy twinges under my bellybutton, my pants won't button, the list goes on.

Should I retake a pregnancy test? Could I actually be pregnant???? (I had unprotected sex at the exact window of ovulation) I'm currently figuring I would be 6 weeks and 2 days. Just any help would be great. Thank you!!!

There’s literally no harm in taking a test so just take one!

If you think you might be pregnant, take a test. That's the only way to know. Also, NEVER leave a tampon in for 18 hours!  Switch to light absorbency and/or use a pad.
