For boy, the only name would be Parker Theodore.

For girl, the only name would be Natalia Andromeda.

These names and "nicknames" are way out there, IMO and not very good.

They are really out there for my style and feel Iike book characters. For a real life baby I would vote for Parker Theodore and Natalia Rhiannon. But if you like Theo as the nickname why not have Theodore as the first name? Or if you like Ruby just name her Ruby

These nicknames seem to be a big stretch from the actual names. Agree with the post above, just name them Ruby or Rocky or whatever
