I am 20 week today but from last 1 week I am feeling something below my belly button and above my PP is this is a fetal movement? Or just gas and also some heaviness should I be worried about the heaviness as this is my first pregnancy

1st, what is PP?  If you mean vagina or uretha then use the proper terminology.   We can't tell you what it is. Could it be movement? Yes.  Could it be gas? Maybe?  As for the "heaviness" you are pregnant growing a fetus - yest, you are going to start to feel "heavy" in your pelvic region.  These are great questions to ask at your next appointment.
