Feeling baby Move

Hi ! First time pregnancy. 22 weeks. I have an anterior placenta and just felt our little guy kick for the first time a few days ago. I was wondering when others will be able to feel on the outside. I know it can be longer due to the placement of the placenta. For reference I’m 5’5 160# and a competitive bodybuilder, I don’t have a very noticeable bump yet (it looks like I’m bloated and/or have to poop, lol), most of my body mass is muscle (I only mention this because I know body composition can play a role when it comes to feeling movement$

I’m 21 weeks and I don’t feel movement yet during the day! Soooometimes I feel a little touch like a feather when I lay down on my side. That’s about it 😕
