Possibly miscarriage??

Today marks day 45 since I last started my period (6 weeks + 1 day). 3 days ago I had a positive pregnancy test. Yesterday I started to lightly spot, no more than a panty liner, light pink/brown. Today I’ve gone through 2 panty liners and now onto a sanitary pad. It’s a mix of red and brown with my cramps getting more moderate, but not painful. I plan on calling my OB in the morning, but I fear I am miscarrying.
I would love some prayers or any positive thoughts. This is my first pregnancy.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. My husband and I are pregnant again after the first being a miscarriage. Thinking of you as you go through this, it is a mentally and emotionally draining experience leaving you asking, Why?? The process you’re going through right now sounds similar to what mine was like. However, I do know of someone who went through this but still had a healthy baby! Miracles happen! I would go to the doctor asap.

Thankfully so many women go off to have normal pregnancies after a miscarriage! If you believe in God, your baby is going to Heaven! That gave us hope. 🥰
