Cramps at 6 weeks

I’m just reaching 6 weeks an I’m having very light cramping, I went to the ER yesterday it was no fetal pole or heartbeat I’m due bck 14th an I’m scared I’ve had 3 mc before this an I’m a worried mama. Help

Try not to worry too much Mama. I had cramping with all my babies, including this one (my 3rd). Altho, this one seems more intense but its been a long time and I probably just don't remember.  Heartbeats start around this week, but it may just be too early.  I'll say a prayer for you rn that this next appointment helps ease your mind with a strong heartbeat 💕
