Am I going crazy?

I have a 4 month old boy, 7 weeks pregnant, my 22 yo sister is living with me trying to get her life together and my husband is in another state for 7 days. I feel like I am going crazy. Im super emotional, defensive, and I just want to be left alone by everyone but at the same time want help but don’t want to be seen by anyone. Am I losing it??
