How do I tell my girlfriend?

Alright long story short . I cheated on my girlfriend back in December and got pregnant . We lost the baby in February and decided to try again 

fast forward . June : we got a donor and tried artificial insemination 3times and nothing . 

July : I found a different donor and did it naturally without my girlfriend knowing 

i lied to  her saying it was artificial when in fact it wasn’t . She also mentioned to me after I told her I met with this donor if I ended up pregnant she would leave me for good or she would want me to abort the baby . 

here we are July 20th and I got a positive test . How the hell do I tell her this ? 

We’ve been together 3 years and I want to marry her . I’m just scared to loose her . But I WILL not abort a baby especially after loosing one . 

Can someone help me here ? Give me some advice

I think you need to come clean with your girlfriend

I agree, you have to come clean with your GF. Tell her everything and see what happens, but she needs to be able to make her own decisions about something as serious as raising a child.

Update :  I told her . She wasn’t happy but she’s sticking by me
