FYI - Cheaper tests give less consistent results

Hi everyone,

Just thought I'd post our experience with different brands of tests for comparison - we noticed that the cheapest tests give the most inconsistent results (more faint, and sometimes getting fainter after a stronger line previously...).

These tests are all 8, 9, 10, and 11 days post 5-day embryo transfer.

The cheapest tests are the green ones - they basically caused us unnecessary anguish as they were giving very faint lines, and even getting fainter one day to the next.

I was even starting to doubt my own intuition of feeling early pregnancy feelings due to the faint lines...

10-days post-transfer hCG-β was 179.
17-days post-transfer hCG-β was 5,230.

Hope this gives some hope to those with faint lines or slightly inconsistent results from one day to the next.
