Has anyone taken Gasx while pregnant to help?

When I Google it says it’s safe but to discuss with my dr. I won’t see my dr for another 4 weeks. I guess I could call tomorrow but as of right now I feel awful. Has anyone tried gasx during their first trimester and has it helped ?

I'm taking gasX every day, just 2 pills before going to sleep. Helps a lot especially during the night. My doctor told me that it is ok. I am pregnant 11w.

Yes, it eased the gas, but didn't completely get rid of it. Walking helped a ton, the gas x made me comfortable enough to be able to walk.
