Rash on face and neck

I’ve got a rash come up on my face and all down my neck looks like spots but itchy and sore. Doctors don’t know what it is gave me antihistamine antibiotics and steroid cream but nothings working, 15 weeks pregnant

I had something very similar with my last pregnancy and the treatment was the same. I ended up also seeing a dermatologist and she was confident that it was pregnancy eczema due to hormonal changes. She had me use a very thick moisturizing cream multiple times per day (I got cetaphil), and within a couple of days it improved so much. Reach out to a dermatologist if you can.
