Echogenic bowel and mild pyelectisis

I am 22 weeks and last week I was told baby has mild pyelectisis and an Echogenic bowel.

I have gone for genetic testing , cf testing and infection testing.

These are both soft markers for Down syndrome, other chromosomal abnormalities or cystic fibrosis.

Or it could be nothing.

Has anyone else had this and been okay 😫
