Itchy, dry and swollen fingers 27 weeks pregnant

So my fingers (especially between my fingers) are itchy and my hands are so dry and a bit swollen. Creams seem to make it worse. I'm nervous it's cholestasis so I am going to ask to be checked at my next appointment. I'm just wondering if anyone else had these specific symptoms and did it end up being cholestasis? Palms of hand do not itch, only fingers.

Hi! 19weeks here with my first and have noticed the same thing recently. My hands and fingers are often dry, and I moisturize my whole body religiously with cocoa butter lotion + palmer’s skin oil. I was worried it was an early preeclampsia symptom because the swelling was in both hands and feet.
BUT, I am a bartender and my job is to unfortunately come in contact with certain cleaners and sanitizers when washing glasses, etc., plus I am on my feet all day (explains the swelling).
So instead of getting myself nervous about developing a condition, I began wearing gloves at work, moisturizing my hands more often, drinking water, water, and more water, and keeping my feet up at night.
Before you stress yourself, I recommend you try to do the same. Perhaps switching lotions could help? There may be some ingredient in the ones you’re currently using that suddenly irritates your skin due to change in hormones.
