Loud breather

My three month old just started breathing very loud about a week ago. He just started coughing more as well but no fever or runny mucus. I’ve tried saline drops and the frida nose sucker. It gets worse at night and when he’s laying flat. It almost sounds like he’s a Pug! Should I bring him into the doctor??

What’s his sleep conditions like? Does your baby monitor tell you the moisture levels in the room by chance? Maybe try an air purifier and see if that helps?
