will follicle still grow after trigger shot??

Im curious to know do follicles continue to grow after the trigger shot?

Back story and also looking for input or previous experience.

This is my third time going through with the letrozole for a cycle and I usually have 1 measurable fertilizable follicle by my trigger date.

I had a scan and blood work done on July 8th - I had 1 x 17 mm, 2 x 13 mm, The following day I go back for blood work which indicates the surge is starting so I am instructed to trigger at 8 pm the same day. My IUI is scheduled for Tuesday July 11th at 8am.

My questions I guess are:
A) are those two 13's still going to grow in time for the IUI to be in a fertilizable range? If my last measurement was on the 8th and my IUI is on the 11th
b) what are the chances that more then one egg will release thus increasing the chance of this cycle working with at least one of them?

I should also say we had a chemical pregnancy at the beginning of June so this is my first cycle since the lose.
