How can you raise a child at 3-4 years old. Which methods are best

To say the truth it's a challenging but rewarding experience. I only can give some advices: spend time with your child, encourage your child's independence. Don't fotrget about clear expectations and boundaries. Children at this age are starting to learn about rules and consequences. And just love!
