@hedgepig That’s why my husband came with me on the shopping trip; if I’d gone alone I probably would’ve come out with a cart full of salad, potatoes and pizza, lol.
@mamacricket512 I’m surprised DS hasn’t figured it out already yet, but maybe Mario has more of his attention than I thought…
Question: is anyone else experiencing eye issues, either now or in a past pregnancy? Yesterday I had the worst pain in one eye, and today I could only focus with my glasses, which I normally only wear for night driving. And as my constant chorus goes, “this didn’t happen last time.”
Today I went for lunch with a friend who lives a bit away and then had to take a 30 min Power Nap on their couch before driving home, the fatigue is real.
@fininevermore have you ever had aura migraines? I never had them until my first daughter and my symptoms are kind of similar, where it starts with my eyes. I’ll have pain in one or both, eventually lose peripheral vision and that’s when i know i better take meds bc one is about to come with a vengeance.
But they do say vision gets worse in pregnancy, i know my eye dr mentioned waiting to get a new exam until closer towards the end, unless it was really bad and necessary.
@k_sims Never had migraines, which is why it caught me off guard. I keep Tylenol with me just in case now, since my husband and I have schedules that make it hard for me to just ride with him and I have to take the beltway a lot. Hopefully keeping my glasses near me will keep it at bay.
@fininevermore my vision was affected by both my pregnancies resulting in kids. Migraine with aura started after DS1 and a new prescription and worsening of my astigmatism after DS2. If you think it’s more migraine/aura it has helped me to remain hydrated and to take Tylenol as soon as I notice the symptoms coming on.
I have been feeling so energetic the last few days even baked, make sauces to can planning out first few weeks back at school and did some house work I was way behind on but today I am sooooo tired again. On the one hand the symptoms give me comfort that things are going as they should but on the other it was so good to feel energized again😂
@kmw611 This is me too! I felt pretty good for a few days, but the last few days I'm back to feeling terrible. 🤞 things are on an upward trend. I start back to work tomorrow and I am soooo not ready 🙃

I feel so sick y’all. Between the nausea and fatigue, idk how we’re expected to be working adults. Im taking the things I can take, and it’s just a matter of hoping the symptoms abate with the first trimester. 9+4 today and it still feels like no end in sight. All I can do is lay down in my time off. I am a permanent fixture on the couch or bed 🙃
