BV while 5 weeks pregnant

I thought I had a uti but pregnancy symptoms can seem so similar, went to the doctor and found out I have BV. I have no symptom really, but now I’m freaking out that I’ll miscarry. Is it that you miscarry if it doesn’t get treated by antibiotics and gets worse? Please help!! First pregnancy! Thanks!!
