So I changed my sleep schedule so I'm up earlier but the same amount of time slept. My temperature doesn't typically fluctuate stays around 97.4 then after ovulation jumps to 97.9 to 98.6. it was sticking around the same then one day it just jumped in the morning to 97.92 (I thought maybe because I slept an extra hour, this was yesterday then today I measured it was high again it was 97.75. i fell back asleep (it was earlier than my usual wake time) and then measured it again out of curiosity and it said 97.32. so I'm not sure what I should actually log. (I'm using natural cycles) if I should keep that first temp that's unusually high. Or maybe Im over thinking it
