When I’m up and active, my ankles swell. So I elevate them, but then they start cramping with even tiny movement. When I get up and start moving around, the cramping stops. I usually don’t get leg cramps unless I’m asleep.
This has been happening for a few days now. So how can I elevate my feet without cramping? Or how can I reduce swelling without elevating my feet?
