What number are you trying for? 6

    Month/Cycle? 3/3

    WTO/TWW? WTO

    Ages of other child(ren)? 12,10,7,3,1

Any thoughts about this cycle? I'm having an anovulatory cycle.... So just waiting for my body to ovulate at some point.

    Any questions? Nope

Rant/Rave? My husband is going to be away this coming weekend for his brothers bachelor party. How much do you want to bet that is when I'll ovulate... 😂. But I am supposed to have my wisdom teeth pulled August 11th and they want me to be put under for that. So I guess it will all work out in the end...

GTKY: What is your favorite parenting hack/tip/trick?

Leave healthy food out as snacks throughout the day. Then you don't have to fight with them to eat it during meals. All their boredom eating ends up being the good for them food.

    Month/Cycle? 7/7

    WTO/TWW? TWW

    Ages of other child(ren)? 4 and 5

Any thoughts about this cycle? All BFNs so far and AF is due tomorrow, so it’s probably a bust, so we’ll see

    Any questions? Nope

Rant/Rave? I’ve been trying to get my youngest to start having to do some things on his own so he doesn’t expect everyone to baby him all the time. He has not been happy about it. But eventually all the screaming and crying will end and it’ll all be worth it, right?

GTKY: What is your favorite parenting hack/tip/trick? I don’t think I have any hacks or tricks honestly, so I’m excited to hear what everyone else’s are
  • @kbru88 I love the parenting hack! My mom suggested that very early on when we started DS on solids, it has been a LIFESAVER!

@britters314 we are doing the same to prepare him for preschool. DS struggles with perfection (both of us are perfectionists, so no real shocker there), so lots of tantrums. Hopefully it gets better for both of us!

What number are you trying for? 2

    Month/Cycle? 18/14 AL

    WTO/TWW? WTO

    Ages of other child(ren)? 3

Any thoughts about this cycle? AF is still here. Talk to me next week 😂

Any questions? Trying to get DS to get out of pull ups overnight. I’m struggling with the thought of the laundry that will accompany this decision.

Rant/Rave? Just got back from vacation! DS loved seeing Hershey’s chocolate world and everything to do with chocolate. So many chocolate comas! But now we are back and getting ready for more things… including my siblings and I throwing my parents a surprise 50th anniversary party this weekend. I’m just glad AF came so I can have a few drinks Saturday 😂 cheers!

GTKY: What is your favorite parenting hack/tip/trick? My biggest flex is reading with DS every night. I’m a reading teacher, so I try to practice what I preach. 15-20 minutes a night, and he LOVES it!

@ejoseph16 My kids still both wet the bed at night and I have them wear some absorbent skirts at night to keep the bed dry. I got them on Amazon by just searching potty training skirts. They aren’t perfect but they help.

    WTO/TWW? WTO

    Ages of other child(ren)? 4, 2

Any thoughts about this cycle? Curiosity? Is that a thought?

    Any questions? Nah

Rant/Rave? Just a funny noticing - my last week of school menu and meal planning goes waaaay downhill. My lunch today was a sandwich with a slice of ham and cheese. No mayo or anything else. 4 days to go then I’ll have to brainspace to fill the fridge again!

GTKY: What is your favorite parenting hack/tip/trick? Bring gloves. Even in springtime. We can stay out so much longer when hands are warm!
  • @halfanewt Ooh your tip for bringing gloves is definitely good. And it reminds me of a tip that I do actually have: get good rain gear! My kids have full-body rain suits. There’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing!
  • What number are you trying for? 3

    Month/Cycle? 2/2

    WTO/TWW? TWW

    Ages of other child(ren)? 2 and 5

Any thoughts about this cycle? We didn't wind up with super timing, so I wasn't feeling great about it, but AF should have come today, and hasn't yet, and my temp is still high, and my boobs are sore.... I'm traveling right now and will test when I get home tomorrow 🤞

    Any questions?

Rant/Rave? We survived our long drive and it went surprisingly great, and had a great, short visit with my two dear friends from college, one of whom was visiting from New Zealand, so we never get to see her 💜

GTKY: What is your favorite parenting hack/tip/trick? I have two - one is the same as @kbru88 - we always put out a plate of plain veggies when I am making dinner and call them dinner snacks - if they are hungry they can eat them, and they usually do! Plus they demand them now 😊
The other is when we're going out for an outing, I like to wet a cloth or two and put them in a wet bag so that as we go I can wipe hands, faces, clean up messes, etc way easier.
