Light Spotting - 14 Weeks

Anyone else go through this and it all ended up being alright? Currently having light brown spotting only in mornings with mild cramping here and there throughout the day and feeling lightheaded any time I get up. Have ultrasound soon but just wanted to connect here as well.

I too get brown spotting just in the mornings sometimes! I’ve been bringing it up to my docs for weeks but none of them seem concerned in the slightest. All of my scans have been great
