Home progesterone tests?

I tried searching for this so I apologize if it’s repeated please ignore.
does anyone use the home progesterone test kits? I just ordered one on Amazon but emotionally I don’t know if it’s better to know I ovulated or to not know? My emotions are still heavy from my early loss in April. I had a c section ectopic, which I hate the term because people assume it wasn’t a real pregnancy when it was, just in a dangerous place. I’m trying to hold it together during this TWW and I don’t know if testing progesterone is just going to add to my emotions.
