1st Trimester

This is Hard

I have been feeling constantly nauseous which has led to vomiting multiple times a day. Any and all foods can lead to this nausea-even water. On top of that I’ve been feeling exhausted and tired all the time. I never thought this would be so hard and I’m really struggling to see the positives. My partner and I weren’t trying, but we were both becoming more excited. All these feelings are making me feel more and more unsure. I just want to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Does anyone have any nausea tips? Ginger has not been working well for me.

Any tips from working moms/expectant moms? Do you have tips on not feeling so exhausted during and after work at the office? How do you deal with vomiting at work?

If the normal at home remedies are not working for your MS you need to talk to your doctor about medication. Dehydration is a real concern if you are committing multiple times a day. You may have something called hyperemesis gravidarum which can be extreme or prolonged vomiting. Your doctor can prescribe something to help.

  • My doc advised B6 and Unisom when I had similar symptoms. I’ve been taking them about 4 weeks now it’s a world of difference. I’m only nauseous occasionally instead of all day and night. It’s made me feel closer to normal.
You should talk to your doc! There are over the counter and prescription options that can help!
