Please help me make sense of these measurements

Hi everyone,
I went for a 35 week ultrasound. Attached you’ll see the report. When reading the opinion, I’m a little concerned. Especially about her HC measurement as it’s below 10%. What does this mean? Do I need to worry? Should I push for a cleaner answer from my midwives? I’m going for a second ultrasound this Friday to remeasure.

Well, you are following the instructions: follow up.  It may mean there might be something going on or you just have a petite baby.  

Followup and see what your medical team decides afterward.  

I know someone who delivered a 5lb 4oz perfectly healthy full term baby.  She was just tiny.  Now she is over 6' as an adult.
