I have had varicose veins since I was 10 or 11. I am pregnant with my first child and already dealing with leg pain, and now swelling in my ankle and it’s hard to walk as well. I did get an ultrasound and it’s not DVT, just angry veins. Anyone else experience this in the first tri? I have compression socks, and am thinking I should wear them now while working out. Any other suggestions? Worried how bad it will be in the 2nd and 3rd tri.
