Tired but can’t sleep

Hi! I’m 4w3d with my first pregnancy. I am so tired, but am having more trouble than ever actually falling asleep (naps, nighttime, after waking up at 4am, etc). It feels counterintuitive—anyone else have this?

Yes same here. It is horrible. With having to pee so much and just my crazy thoughts I never get sleep. I have no advice just solidarity lol
