Symptoms after trigger shot

Hi ladies!
I took my trigger shot 3/5, which was 9 days ago and had ZERO symptoms except for ovulation pay about 16 hours after. Fast forward to 7dpo (if I did actually ovulate as I think I did) and I suddenly have sore boobs and fatigue. I also woke up with a terrible headache and have this lingering sensation similar to motion sickness. Is it possible to get symptoms of the trigger shot a week after? Or is this PMs Or pregnancy???
