High HCG/Beta levels

Hi! I’m 9 weeks pregnant.
I just had my first appointment May 9! And had my bloodwork done. The next day they posted the results and my HCG/Beta levels was flagged as high. This is the first time out of my other 3 pregnancies that I was ever that high! My other pregnancies i gradually rise up in my HCG.
But with this one I was already at 141,245 at 9 weeks. I’m normally that by the middle to end my pregnancy. The ultrasound showed the baby was growing just fine everything was great and heartbeat was strong.
Has anyone else experienced something like this? Should I be concerned/worried?
