Dates aren't matching up. Why?

Hi mums and dads to be. I have just been to a dating scan and my dates don't match up. And I'm worrying myself sick and quite emotional. I need some advice or anything to help me understand what's going on.

Here's the background story. In January on the 23rd I had a very early miscarriage at 5 weeks. I followed up with bloods and ultrasounds to make sure it was a complete miscarriage afterwards. I had a period in late February but didn't get one in march, instead I ovulated really really late. I am fairly sure I ovulated around March 29th to April 4th. Fast forward 10 days to April 14th and I got a vvvvf positive test. I then waited and tested again on April 17th and also April 18th and got 2 more positive tests. April 19th I had bloods taken, and hcg came back at 187. I then had a dating scan on April 27th which showed a gestational sac onlyeasuring 5w2d. Which would be right on with my dates (give and take a few days) so I was then sent for more bloods on may 2nd (should've been 6weeks exactly) which came back at 11,628. Now today, the 9th may, (I should be 7 weeks exactly) I go do another dating scan and I'm measuring only 5weeks6days with a heartbeat of 124bpm.

The sonographer is telling me that I'm very early and that my dates are wrong. And that I'm actually only 5weeks and 6 days. But I don't understand how this can be, considering the dates of my positive tests, hcg results, and first dating scan 12 days ago. How can I only be measuring 5weeks and 6days? I most definitely should be 7 weeks.

My question is, is it normal to measure that far behind and is my baby's heart rate of 124bpm ok for 7 weeks??

I'm so anxious and so emotional. I need some help and advice.
