6weeks but feel like I’m gonna get my period?

Hi all- I’ve been having on and off cramping in my uterus area and back since I found out I was pregnant but it always scares me when i feel it. Is that a normal symptom? I haven’t been bleeding but it is still scary.

Exhausted
Constipation
Gas
Upper Leg cramps?
Just started getting a little nausea today.

I've been feeling the same without nausea. I'm 5 weeks in and it's been a month without a period now. I also have nerves in my back and I feel the connection not just down my legs but into my stomach and lower abdomen. So I'm assuming it's normal? I never had normal periods ever tho. Luckily I don't have any nausea yet.
