Where/How did you meet your spouse/partner?

Oooh, this is a fun one! So, we actually met because he moved in across the street from my parents after he graduated college and I was still in living at school.  We ended up becoming friends when he'd talk to me while I was out walking my dog (we give her credit for actually getting us together because I'm super introverted) and eventually started dating once we ended the crappy relationships we were in.

We met in college. Well more accurately I was a freshman and he was a grad student. Though on opposite sides of Campus. He has his pdh in biochem and I have my BA in Studio Art. But we met on the club ballroom team. We started hooking up first because I hadn't planned on falling in love as a freshman lol. But we ended up falling in love after some bumps along the road. My best friend from high school went to the same college and was pre-med and a bunch of her other pre-med friends had him as a TA and were so confused to see all three of us hanging out during lunch together. WE don't dance much anymore because of time, but we miss it dearly.

We met on a dating app. It’s a running joke that I ghosted him the first time we talked because he sent me a message asking me to a movie and I guess I didn’t see it and so never responded to it.  😅We kept talking daily for another week or so until he worked up the nerve to ask me again. I accepted and we ended having 2 long dates in the same long weekend. And the rest is history. ❤️

Oh how fun! We met at a friends high school graduation party! I was graduating from high school also and my husband was a church friend of my classmate. I noticed he was interested but I didn’t pay much attention because I was looking to stay away from dating for a while because I only wanted to date with intent to marry, and didn’t think I was there yet. He actually tried to impress me that night by doing 50 push ups in a row 🤣. Jokes on me, man when God has a will, it will not be thwarted! He pursued me for weeks (and I kept ignoring him) and then I finally thought, okay, we will get together as friends and hang out. I can choose to be friends. Well, Within a couple of weeks I knew he would be my husband! We were engaged a couple of months later and married two years later. We now have 3 kids earthside, 1 in heaven, and 1 in my belly! 🤍
