Anxiety - can’t stop worrying about Zika

I went to San Juan, Peurto rico 2 weeks before conceiving. I can’t stop worrying about Zika. Can someone please calm my nerves ? I was only there for 2.5 days and I don’t even know if I got any mosquito bites.

I’m having trouble managing my anxiety and I just need someone to tell me it’s irrational and very low likelihood that the baby will be affected.

There's actually zero chance your baby will be affected if you didn't actually get Zika. Do you have any reason to believe you actually caught the disease?

I didn’t have symptoms. But I heard most people that contract Zika do not have symptoms.

How do you know if you didn't get mosquito bites?  Did you not check, or itch for that matter?  If your anxiety is that bad, I suggest seeking medical help - because as a mom you won't stop worrying about other stuff.
