6 weeks still no nausea?

I’m about 6 weeks now and still haven’t experienced nausea and my nipples recently stopped being sensitive. Only thing I have is bloated and tired in evenings and irritable. This is my second pregnancy and with my first I was sick by now. Kind of worries me
