Flu. Help

Hi everyone,
yesterday I started to have a sore throat. I gargled with salt water and drank a lot of honey lemon tea. Today I woke up with what feels like a full blown flu. Bad body aches, headache, tiredness, fever at 37.9, sore throat and dry nose. Any advice? I took one 325 mg Tylenol.

Test for Covid to rule that out. Call your provider. (Also that’s not a full dose of Tylenol). See what the approved cold medicines are from your provider and use those as needed.
