Spotting & need support - Pic included in comments

Hey everyone,

I am 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant. Yesterday I started spotting a brown-pinkish (not enough to even fill a light pad) and today there’s a small amount (even smaller than yesterday) still coming. I don’t have any cramps but still contacted my doctor and got my HCG blood test. 

My doctor said it is normal for tender breast to come and go and for spotting to occur at this stage. They said the color was also reassuring and that it may be blood from implantation. 

My husband and I did have sex the past three days so I am wondering if that is what caused the pinkish part to occur?
She said to be concern if it’s bright red, with large tissue amounts and if I have severe cramping. Which I have none.

The hCG was at 1,633 and will need to go up by 30% by tomorrow for the nurse to confirm everything is going ok for our sweet pea. 

Has anyone else had this happen and have healthy happy babies? 

I honestly want my sore boobs to come back. I haven’t had morning sickness yet just small waves of nauseas so the sore boobs gave me comfort the our little sweet pea was growing.

I can definitely relate. I had bleeding on Easter and have had spotting since. It’s ranged from very light pink to brown old blood. Have had 2 scans since then and was told I might have a subtle hematoma causing it. I also have only had sore breasts that come and go and some very light waveguide nausea. I am constantly touching my breasts to make sure they still hurt and get stressed when they don’t. The scans have helped reassure me though. I am very high risk already so it scares me. Try to remember that symptoms can come and go and that’s totally normal. I try to remember to consider myself lucky. I have it easier than a lot of pregnant women.

I haven’t had any bleeding, just spotting this color. There was a small tissue one time but I did have sex a few days ago and my OB said it’s normal during this time. I get my second hCG test tomorrow to make sure they’re rising then they’ll decide next steps. My boobs are tender but not sore like they were three days ago. Was your spotting this color?

Same here, my breast are still sore. Im 5 weeks 4 days and I’ve been spotting for 4 days. It was pink now getting a little brighter. No pain or cramps. Im just worried. This is my second pregnancy. My first is 13 years old and I ha no spotting with him. My OB told me to monitor it. If it continues to call back.
