I hope you are feeling better now. This has happened to me during my last pregnancy. Maybe it's hormones. Some things just feel a little more intense sometimes. I don't think it will cause any effect. I found it helped to talk to my therapist about it, but she and my doctor didn't seem concerned.
Pregnancy hormone shifts can be rough. This whole journey is very emotional and people don't generally talk about the less than happy emotions that come up. I would definitely recommend getting a therapist. Perinatal related anxiety and depression can start during pregnancy (a lot of people just think it is postpartum). Having a professional to talk to now can be so helpful with navigating the emotional waves of pregnancy as well as better prepare you for postpartum. You are not alone in this. A lot of women feel similarly.
