Struggling

I am 10wks and the constipation I am experiencing is unreal!! First happened a few weeks ago and currently suffering again to the point where I am in tears..........i constantly feel full i am bloated i cant sit properly as its too uncomfortable any tips or advice? I was going to message my midwife but since it's Easter Monday am not sure I'll get a reply today.

Increase your fiber and water intake and consider taking magnesium. Calm magnesium is the one my midwife recommended a few years ago.

Yes!! I was just going to say calm magnesium! I struggle every pregnancy with constipation and hemorrhoids and that’s the only thing that seems to really help.

The raspberry lemon is the best flavour imo or unflavoured mixed with orange juice

I’ve gotten it on Amazon or at my local health food store or Costco often has it for a good price. Start small and work your way up rather than taking too much right off the bat!
